Thank you for shopping at L'Occitane Pakistan. We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be returned with all original tags and accessories.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
- For in-store returns, the original receipt must be presented.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at support@designdistrict.pk with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Once approved, you will be required to send the item back to our return address.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by us.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:
- If the returned item meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or via bank transfer.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Defective or damaged items.
- Incorrect products received.
To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns and mention that you prefer an exchange.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged due to customer mishandling.
